Built like a tank, and about as heavy. He also has a severe smoking problem which stuns and harms anyone exposed to it long enough.
Summarization of fighting style
Grappler. Only flinches to the strongest of attacks, and advances slowly towards the opponent ignoring any attacks thrown his way. He continues smoking even in mid battle, forming a cloud around him that can actually stun foes if they remain close to him for too long. If the opponent is preoccupied, either by his smoking or when they are charging a stronger attack, Pinky likes to capitalize on the distraction and dash towards the opponent, then execute a viciously damaging grab attack while they're defenseless. His attacks and movement are slow otherwise, though, making him easy to avoid, yet still difficult to attack effectively.
